Orders

When live products are available, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Product descriptions, imagery and pricing are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but obvious errors can be corrected before order acceptance.

Pricing and currency

The website can present location-aware display currencies for customer convenience. Final payment settlement will be governed by the live payment processor configuration at the time of purchase.

Made-to-order production

BORN COMMON operates on a made-to-order basis where possible. Production begins only after an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully authorised.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Dispatch and fulfilment timings may vary according to product type, production load, destination and courier performance.

Intellectual property

The BORN COMMON name, brand presentation, logos, copy, imagery and site design belong to the brand or are used under valid licence. Do not reproduce them without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the site is provided on an as-available basis and indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
